Accessibility Commitment

Bridging Families Academy seeks to provide an accessible website and reasonable access to professional education.

Website Accessibility

The Academy website uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, associated form labels, alternative text, responsive layouts, and color-contrast considerations.

Training Accommodations

Participants may request a reasonable accommodation related to live instruction, course materials, communication, or assessment. Contact the Academy as early as practical and share only the information necessary to understand the access need and evaluate available options.

How to Request Assistance

Email training@bridgingfamilies.org or call (669) 262-9847. Include the training session, the access barrier or requested adjustment, and your preferred method of communication.

Report a Website Barrier

When reporting a website issue, identify the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used when relevant, and a way to contact you. The Academy will review the report and seek a practical alternative while the issue is evaluated.
